Characteristics:
The wines of the Corcova winery are made so as to best reproduce the expression of the terroir from which they belong,
their quality being highlighted by the aging of the blends in the winery. We also find such a special blend in Corcova Jirov #Rosu,
a dry wine obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, distributed in equal proportions.
The result is a wine with a wonderful color in purple reflections and a bouquet of fascinating notes, which seduces with accents of fruit,
skin and bark. The taste is not inferior either, revealing full-bodied touches, full of tannins and a mentholated finish,
surprising and invigorating. To reveal its true potential, Corcova Jirov #Rosu
must be aerated in a decanter for 30 minutes and served at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.

Smell: A fabulous and sophisticated bouquet that brings contrasting notes to the fore, such as tree bark, alcoholic fruit and skin
Taste: The aroma is also surprising, with full-bodied tannin tones and a fresh, mentholated finish
Color: Red, with purple reflections
