Characteristics:
The history of the Corcova winery begins with the estate of the Bibescu noble family,
because since then on the vineyards of Mehedinți were cultivated grape varieties perfectly adapted to the climatic conditions there.
Today, Corcova winery is one of the most appreciated in the country, but not only,
and the Jirov collection bears the name of the locality where the grapes have exceptionally developed their aromatic potential.
Corcova Jirov #Rose is a dry wine, made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, in proportion of 77%, and Merlot,
in proportion of 23%, harvested in September, when it incorporates the best qualities of each variety.
The result is an exceptional liqueur with a pleasant rose color as a dream invitation.
Corcova Jirov #Rose opens with an appetizing bouquet of fruits, but also muffin tones,
and the aroma continues the pleasant dream with an extraordinarily silky texture,
which displays delicious touches of red fruit. This rose liqueur is best highlighted at temperatures of 8-10 degrees Celsius
and can be enjoyed with appetizers or grilled meat.

Smell: A bouquet with gourmet notes of fruit, including peaches and pears, but also French muffins and inviting pastries
Taste: The aroma is exceptionally silky, bringing with it a delicious red fruit finish
